New Summer Menu: Now Being Served!

Is everyone ready for the fresh flavors of summer in the Hudson Valley? Our new summer menu is now being served! I can’t imagine summer without big ripe tomatoes and fresh pesto… so here they are (among other delicious dishes). Enjoy.

sea scallop with lemon curd (tapa)

roasted mission figs stuffed with roquefort blue cheese (appetizer)
sauteed grapes, toasted hazelnuts and aged fig vinegar

goat cheese, fontina cheese and portobello mushroom quesadilla (it’s back!)

diced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella mixed with red onions, basil and a balsamic vinaigrette
