At our Catering Facility in Staatsburg, we can host seated dinners for up to 150 guests, and cocktail parties for as many as 250 guests. We can provide off-site catered events up to your imagination.

He uses local, organic and seasonal items in all of his custom menus. You can pick signature dishes from our restaurant menu, or craft something special just for your party. Vegitarian options are always available, and special requests such as certain ethnic choices or vegan food can be prepared.
